The first part, of course, is the physical aspect, no matter how busy you might be, you still need to take into consideration on how to properly take care of your body. Usually, there are a lot of websites out there that will tell you tons of stuff in how to stay fit or live healthily, but the only bottom line is that there are two vital keys that you need to remember to improve the physical aspect of your life. Diet and Exercise – that’s it.

 

Tip#1: Gradual Healthy Diet

I’m not going to tell you a lot of stuff for you to begin eating healthy foods; I’m going to cut straight to the point. If you want to feel and look healthy, you need to eat healthily. The only tip you need to do to carry this out and do it is to eat veggies and fruits more than meat and junks. Drink fruit juices instead of sodas and yeah pretty much that’s it. Go natural, lessen the chemicals, and eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The key here is to not all of a sudden begin eating vegetables and fruits; it’s to slowly incorporate it into your meals, and try to outweigh the amount of junk or unhealthy foods you eat every day and little by little replace it with something healthy. Don’t do it overnight, do it gradually until your body and mind cope up with the change. The trick here is to add a healthy food each day until your whole meal is that of a healthy diet.

 

Tip #2: Regular Exercise

Another straight to the pointed tip is to regularly exercise. Now a lot of people can’t do this because they are thinking of doing something drastically. It won’t work, it never will.

If you are lazy or just simply dread going to the gym or working out at home, it’s fine, you don’t have to, but you have to do it at least five minutes a day. Start by creating simple routines and do it for five minutes – that’s it. No membership or “big commitments” whatsoever, just take 5 minutes off to do simple routines and you’re good. Do it for a few days or a few weeks then add more routines, extend it for 10 -15 minutes and keep doing it until it becomes part of your system. That’s the only trick that body builders or physically fit people do, the only difference is, is that they do it for hours with lots of different routines. Start with a few minutes with few moves, then gradually increase as you get used to it. It’s more of a habit building.
